Affordable Housing “VIVIBUSTO2030”

The project involves the construction of affordable housing comprising 40 flats with an underground car park. The building satisfies two fundamental criteria:

• Harmonious integration into the urban context – The design respects the morphology and existing characteristics of the site, with its ‘L’-shaped layout ensuring seamless integration with the surrounding urban fabric;

• High energy efficiency – The design incorporates construction and building services solutions focused on sustainability and energy saving.

The ground-floor openings onto the surrounding green space serve as multi-purpose spaces, allowing maximum flexibility for the local community.

The project stands out as a model of innovative affordable housing, successfully combining energy efficiency, quality of living and respect for the historic urban environment.
